9/24/10 reading responce

9.22.10 - 9.24.10 Week 5In your book, what are some of the ways that your character(s) expresses themselves through their emotions? How do they show love? Anger? Hate? Why is this important to you as a reader?

The book I am done reading is Storm Thief by Chris Wooding.

The characters in my book show love by keeping with that person and always making sure they are by each others side.  They seem never to want to leave that person and when they are missing they do their best to find the person they are with. When a person stops showing love for someone or something else, they usually betray that object or person for another one.

The characters show hate by going after the person they hate then they try to kill that person. If another person is or has done something that that person dislikes then the other person will be hunted. So in other words, they must always make the other person happy. In the book one of the thieves named Fulmar abandoned his post to let other thieves in. So when one of the other thieves found out, Rail told Fulmar that he would tell the thief-mistress that he did that. In the book it states, "Fulmar didn't deserve the kind of punishment the thief-mistress would deal out". pg #36.

The characters also show anger by ether trowing things, taking it out on someone, "cursing beneath their breath". they aether cry or rebel and don't fallow orders if they are angry.

Moral attitudes are not vary common in this book.
